TL;DR

Enterprise Customer Success Manager (Cybersecurity): Managing a book of strategic enterprise customers to ensure product adoption and satisfaction with an accent on cybersecurity posture and technical enablement. Focus on driving renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and aligning product value with C-level business objectives.

Location: Hybrid (Dallas, TX or Austin, TX). Candidates must reside within 45 miles of an office.

What you will do

  • Design and execute success plans for strategic enterprise customers throughout their lifecycle.
  • Achieve and report on customer health, satisfaction, retention, and growth targets (ARR, NRR).
  • Act as the voice of the customer, providing critical feedback to the Product Development team.
  • Lead training sessions to ensure users maximize the product's impact on their operations.
  • Develop programs for ongoing customer development, including health checks and workshops.
  • Identify potential customer references and assist in developing case studies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a CSM or Technical Account Manager in a Cybersecurity SaaS company.
  • Hands-on experience with security product enablement and remediating Active Directory/Entra security vulnerabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of security concepts (NIST IR, MITRE ATT&CK, APTs) and IAM structures.
  • Understanding of modern on-prem and cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Ability to communicate complex technical threats to C-level executives (CISOs, CIOs).
  • Experience with renewal and expansion forecasting.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SFDC.
  • Deep expertise in Active Directory.
