Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity)

TL;DR

Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity): Advising customers on the hirify.global Identity Platform and building technical demonstrations to solve complex identity and access challenges with an accent on cloud security infrastructure. Focus on designing tailored technical solutions, educating C-level executives and developers, and implementing identity governance and privileged access management.

Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in the office in London, UK)

What you will do

• Guide customers through all stages of the development lifecycle using presentations and product demonstrations.
• Educate a wide range of stakeholders, from developers to C-level executives, on cloud security best practices.
• Analyze customer technical needs through detailed questioning and present targeted identity solutions.
• Advise diverse clients on the capabilities and implementation of the hirify.global Identity Platform.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing role such as consulting, support, or sales engineering.
• Proficiency with network security protocols including OIDC, OAuth2, SAML, or LDAP.
• Knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Understanding of core application security concerns like SSL/TLS, encryption at rest, XSS, and XSRF.
• Ability to travel 10-25% to meet with customers.

Nice to have

• Experience with IAM, SSO, and API-based solutions.
• Fluency in additional European languages.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Software Developer.
