What you will do

• Travel to loss locations across the U.S. to perform physical inspections and create detailed inventories of damaged property.
• Coordinate with adjusters, insureds, and local vendors to manage claim documentation and restoration logistics.
• Oversee the valuation process, identifying high-value items and ensuring accuracy in settlement reports.
• Manage a pipeline of 20+ claims simultaneously, ensuring timely communication and progress.
• Maintain precise records of time, expenses, and project updates within the internal Contents Express system.
• Analyze large volumes of supporting documentation, including receipts and photographs, to reconcile damaged item lists.

Requirements

• Must be based in or near New Jersey and able to travel up to 60% of the time, often on short notice.
• Valid REAL ID and driver's license required.
• Experience in the insurance industry, property valuation, or high-end sectors like art, fashion, or interior design.
• Ability to physically inspect damaged sites, including maneuvering heavy items in difficult conditions for up to 8 hours daily.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
