What you will do

• Support project managers across all phases of construction projects.
• Manage project setup, maintenance, and documentation within Procore.
• Coordinate project milestones, schedules, and deliverables.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and assist with estimating and bid preparation using Bluebeam.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project compliance records.

Requirements

• Must be based in South Africa or the Philippines
• Proven experience in construction project management, estimating, or coordination.
• Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Background in estimating or performing takeoffs.
• Experience with commercial or residential construction projects.
• Familiarity with construction contracts, drawings, and specifications.
