Neurovascular Clinical Specialist (Washington D.C./Baltimore/Northern VA): Provide support to regional sales teams in market development, procedural coverage, troubleshooting, education, training, and customer service with an accent on clinical use of neurovascular products and relationship building with hospital personnel. Focus on expanding market share, delivering professional education activities, and resolving product incidents and customer needs.
Location: Remote US Home Office. Candidates must reside within the Washington D.C./Baltimore/Northern VA region while in the role. Relocation expenditures will not be provided.
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 / year

What you will do
- Develop and implement regional plans with sales teams to increase market share and improve customer service.
- Educate customers on product use through presentations, demonstrations, and professional education activities.
- Provide procedural case coverage, troubleshooting, and follow-up support for products.
- Build relationships with hospital personnel, physicians, and key decision makers to facilitate sales.
- Report product incidents, respond to customer complaints, and coordinate orders and inventory.
- Adhere to Quality Management System and relevant regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, neuroscience, biology or related, plus training/certification in radiology, neuro-interventional technology or similar, and 3+ years in hospital or medical device setting.
- Must reside within Washington D.C./Baltimore/Northern VA region.
- Strong clinical, technical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel +50%, occasional 24/7 on-call, wear 7-9 lbs lead, lift 25 lbs.
