Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 USD

What you will do

• Liaise between Scale Management, Clinician Network, Science, and Site Training teams to ensure program delivery.
• Manage and execute tasks according to company SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for sites, raters, and CROs from study start-up through close-out.
• Oversee study reporting and maintain relationships with study sites, CRAs, and sponsors.
• Drive the timely completion of project tasks and client deliverables.
• Mentor junior study team members and oversee their work output.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years of work experience specifically related to clinical trials.
• Professional fluency in at least one of the following: Japanese, Mandarin, Korean, or Spanish.
• Must be located in the United States.
• High level of computer literacy, specifically with Excel and Office.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.

Nice to have

• CRA or CRO experience.
• Experience in project management or service-related industries.
• Experience working with clinical software.
