Location: General remote work environment with 80%+ business travel across the US (Carolinas, Washington DC, Baltimore MD prioritized); must work in Cath Labs/ORs with radiation exposure
Salary: $100,000 to $155,000 (annual base, varies by region)

What you will do
- Act as regional VTE care path expert, optimizing programs by liaising with physicians, administration, staff, and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute education and clinical care path strategies through innovative field programs and KOL development.
- Manage account education initiatives across project lifecycle, communicating with regional sales teams.
- Organize local/regional tradeshows, conferences, and meetings to boost product and therapy awareness.
- Analyze regional activities, recommend opportunities, and adapt strategies; collect competitive intelligence.
- Drive patient/clinician insights, foster KOL relationships for podium representation, and promote brand.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in program development, quality initiatives, LEAN Sigma in hospital/medical device field
- BSN/RN experience as PERT, VTE/Stroke Coordinator, or in ED/ICU/Pulmonology highly preferred
- 3+ years in program development, clinical quality improvement, B2B/field marketing
- Experience developing/executing strategic customer initiatives; strong clinical background preferred
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, negotiation skills; ability to manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel 80%+ (US, overnight 50-75%); valid driver’s license, operate vehicle; work in Cath Labs/ORs wearing PPE/lead apron
