Salary: $100,000 – $155,000

What you will do

• Act as a regional VTE care path expert to drive program optimization and stakeholder engagement
• Develop and execute education and clinical care path strategies through innovative field programs
• Manage account education initiatives and identify clinical Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
• Organize and execute regional tradeshows, conferences, and meetings to optimize therapy awareness
• Collaborate closely with field sales leaders, clinical teams, and hospital marketing for local PR initiatives
• Utilize analytic methods to evaluate regional activities and recommend new strategic opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in program development, quality initiatives, or LEAN Sigma in the medical device/hospital field
• Must be based in the South Florida area
• 3+ years of experience in clinical quality improvement, B2B, or field marketing
• Strong clinical background; BSN/RN experience as a PERT, VTE, or Stroke Coordinator is highly preferred
• Ability to travel 80% or more within the US, including overnight stays 50%-75% of the time
• Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance
