Salary: $50,000 - $60,003 a year

What you will do

• Monitor clinic function, identify operational constraints, and track metrics/workflows/service levels.
• Manage clinical schedules, adjust for volume changes, absences, and ensure compliance with licensed states.
• Triage staffing issues, collaborate with leadership for resource reallocation and coverage.
• Identify bottlenecks and support process improvements across clinical, product, and support teams.
• Monitor quality/performance indicators like wait times and SLAs, escalate issues promptly.
• Participate in cross-functional collaboration and special projects; rotating weekends may be required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business or healthcare-related field
• 4+ years in healthcare operations, clinical administration, or similar (digital health a plus)
• Strong problem-solving/decision-making in fast-paced environments
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable with Slack, Excel/Google Sheets, scheduling platforms
• Experience with provider onboarding/scheduling/clinical workflows preferred
• Ability to work rotating weekends
