What you will do

• Lead product requirements gathering, documentation, and validation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate discussions with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to analyze and document functionality.
• Develop Business Requirements Specifications, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Mentor junior and mid-level team members and contribute to the hiring and performance management processes.
• Recommend product roadmap changes based on requirements evolution and stakeholder feedback.
• Collaborate with QA teams to support test case development and refine requirements through testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
• Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or Agile.
• Proficiency in requirements management methodologies, specifically BABOK.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Experience working with federal, state, or local government agencies on legacy system modernization or citizen-facing platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience using digital tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
• Experience with Web Products built on various platforms.
