What you will do

• Own the full execution and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, and LinkedIn.
• Lead strategic communication with clients and internal teams regarding performance, recommendations, and action items.
• Manage performance reporting A-Z, leveraging data to tell a story and articulate results to key stakeholders.
• Develop forward-thinking plans and execute them to drive business results for e-commerce and lead generation clients.
• Collaborate with creative and influencer teams to ensure best-in-class channel performance.
• Utilize AI technologies and the proprietary Nova ecosystem to enhance business processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia
• English: Advanced level (spoken and written) required
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
• 1+ years of experience with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads focusing on Direct Response for E-Commerce.
• 1+ years of experience with Google Analytics and Shopify.
• Proven experience in client-facing communication and advanced Excel skills.
