What you will do

• Own strategic briefing and ideation: write detailed briefs defining angle, tension, hook, and script before production.
• Conduct market and trend intelligence using tools like Sensor Tower, TikTok Ad Library, and Meta Ad Library to identify creative opportunities.
• Analyze creative performance with UA team, deconstructing wins/losses to inform production.
• Craft direct response copywriting for compelling narratives and instant user hooks.
• Collaborate with motion designers to ensure strategic intent in final creative output.

Requirements

• 2+ years as creative strategist, producer, or excellence manager in performance marketing (ideally mobile apps/SaaS) with proven scale examples in ad libraries.
• Understanding of marketing fundamentals like competitive advantage and positioning applied to short ads.
• Proficiency with ad intelligence tools for reverse-engineering competitors, user reviews, and opportunities.
• AI-native capabilities for accelerating research, scripting, and concepting.
