What you will do

• Craft high-converting direct response video scripts with strong hooks, persuasive copy, and clear CTAs.
• Develop strategic briefs for creators and designers aligned with brand tone and performance goals.
• Source, negotiate with, and collaborate with UGC creators for timely content delivery.
• Storyboard concepts and work with editors to produce visual ad flows.
• Analyze ad performance from Meta, Snapchat, Applovin, and YouTube to create winning iterations.
• Pitch new creative ideas weekly and implement AI-enhanced systems to scale output.
• Collaborate with editors, marketers, and brand teams to align creatives with campaign objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience crushing direct response campaigns with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in scriptwriting combining persuasion and personality.
• Fluency in performance metrics like ROAS, CTR, and CPA.
• Experience managing video workflows, storyboards, and freelancer rosters.
