What you will do

• Develop and execute high-performance creatives specifically for Meta ads.
• Align creative output with performance goals such as ROAS, CTR, and CPA.
• Write clear, actionable direct-response briefs for designers and editors.
• Analyze A/B test data to optimize ads and drive higher conversions.
• Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on Meta advertising trends.
• Copywrite compelling ad headlines and CTAs optimized for sales and lead generation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in performance-driven creative roles with a focus on Meta ads.
• Portfolio showcasing successful campaigns for the U.S. market.
• Strong proficiency in performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR).
• Creative and analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent English skills and ability to adapt to the U.S. market.
