What you will do

  • Own and drive new enterprise revenue through full-cycle sales from qualification to close.
  • Lead complex, multi-threaded deals across commercial, medical, regulatory, IT, and executive stakeholders.
  • Build and present compelling business cases based on ROI and the cost of inaction.
  • Execute account strategies for enterprise and upper mid-market clients.
  • Partner with SDRs and Marketing to execute a focused go-to-market strategy targeting pharma and medtech accounts.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to support deal progression.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of SaaS sales experience with a proven track record closing $50K–$250K+ ACV deals.
  • Strong experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in enterprise or upper mid-market accounts.
  • Excellent discovery skills and familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies.
  • Professional experience in life sciences (pharma, biotech, medtech).
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with MLR, regulatory, or compliance workflows.
  • Experience selling against legacy systems or incumbents.
  • Background in the Salesforce ecosystem or partner-led sales.
  • Experience in scaling SaaS environments or organizational change management.
