What you will do
- Handle international sales and account management for allocated customers of customized and standard components, optical systems in LS&M EMEA, focusing on Nordics.
- Drive business development by acquiring new customers and projects in the Nordic region.
- Identify customer needs, elaborate tailored solutions with business segments, and process quotations.
- Manage ongoing customer relationships, including price/contract negotiations and information flow.
- Screen market/technology trends and evaluate customers/requirements in focus markets.
- Monitor order management and turnover for assigned accounts.
Requirements
- Successfully completed technical or business degree or comparable qualification
- Experience in international sales or business development, ideally in life science, optics or high-tech
- Preferred location: Sweden or Denmark (home-based)
- Good English skills
- Strong customer orientation and negotiation skills
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
