What you will do

• Prepare daily spreadsheets, schedules, and analysis for customer asset segregation and financial control reporting.
• Perform daily and monthly balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations, identifying and resolving variances.
• Assist with daily and monthly regulatory compliance requirements and filings.
• Support month-end close by preparing income statement support, variance analysis, and revenue/expense accruals with GAAP compliance.
• Coordinate internal and external audit data gathering, schedule preparation, and documentation requests.
• Partner cross-functionally on ad-hoc financial projects and improve departmental accuracy and reporting speed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a closely related financial discipline.
• 7–10+ years of progressive professional accounting experience in corporate or regulatory environments.
• Advanced Excel data analysis skills and strong analytical/problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven experience meeting strict daily reporting deadlines and collaborating with management to prepare financial results.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise financial systems such as MS Dynamics 365, Oracle, Hyperion, Essbase, or Power BI.
• Regulatory accounting experience in financial services, brokerage, or futures.
• Experience working effectively in collaborative, culturally diverse corporate environments.
