Salary: $200,000 - $240,000

What you will do

• Own the rebrand strategy and set creative direction across all channels and verticals.
• Contribute high-quality design executions while raising the bar for the entire team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and GTM teams to ensure brand cohesion.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and freelancers, including briefing and quality control.
• Maintain and evolve brand governance and design systems to support rapid scaling.
• Create templates and systems that enable the team to deliver high-quality work at pace.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in a hybrid model with regular time in company hubs.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong motion design and/or 3D skills (e.g., After Effects, Blender).
• Proven track record leading large-scale design initiatives, including at least one end-to-end rebrand.
• Experience scaling a brand design function and building design systems.
• Experience owning a brand at a company during significant growth or product evolution.

• Fintech industry familiarity.
