Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA

Salary: $144,000 – $215,000 per year (Base)

What you will do

  • Lead and scale a multi-disciplinary design team spanning brand, motion, and creative.
  • Establish and uphold a high quality bar for design craft and conceptual thinking.
  • Design and implement repeatable design systems and workflows to deliver high-quality work at scale.
  • Partner with strategy leadership to translate insights and brand frameworks into scalable visual systems.
  • Collaborate with senior executives to align design strategy with overall business priorities.
  • Own and evolve the visual identity and design systems for the brand across all digital and physical touchpoints.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of professional design experience with significant senior leadership responsibility.
  • 5+ years of people management experience, including building and evolving creative teams.
  • Must be based in San Francisco, CA (Hybrid).
  • Proven ability to connect design decisions to brand and business outcomes.
  • Deep expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion design fundamentals.
  • Experience working in both agency and client-side environments.
