Compensation: $160K – $200K + Equity

What you will do

• Design and art direct high-quality brand assets for campaigns, web, sales materials, video, events, and social media.
• Evolve and expand hirify.global’s brand design system to ensure consistency while pushing for differentiated expressions.
• Translate brand strategy and messaging into clear, compelling visual narratives.
• Apply systems thinking and high attention to detail to layouts and creative concepts.
• Iterate quickly across multiple workstreams, balancing speed with high polish.
• Maintain quality and consistency across all brand touchpoints.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in brand design, art direction, and marketing-focused creative roles.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual taste, storytelling, and brand thinking.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience designing for marketing surfaces including web, campaigns, decks, and events.
• Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, color, and hierarchy.
• Must be based in and work from the San Francisco office.
