What you will do

• Lead business-side delivery of client projects, advising on operating models and coordinating with IT implementation teams.
• Drive cross-functional projects across company functions, ensuring alignment and on-time delivery.
• Contribute to blockchain forensics by producing source of funds analysis reports using intelligence tools.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Technology or related field.
• 2–5 years experience in top-tier consulting or project management in financial services/fintech.
• Solid understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, digital assets (custody, trading, tokenization, staking, derivatives).
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, deliver with attention to detail.
• Precise, organized, autonomous, hands-on, results-oriented self-starter.
• Fluent in French and English.
