What you will do

  • Own end-to-end cross-functional projects across multiple teams including Product, Risk, Ops, and Data.
  • Drive roadmaps for strategic workstreams and maintain a rigorous execution cadence.
  • Facilitate collaboration, clarify ownership, and remove blockers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct market studies, competitive intelligence, internal diagnostics, and business case development.
  • Deliver sharp analyses and decision-ready recommendations to Product and Business leaders.
  • Define clear success indicators and track the real impact of delivered initiatives.

Requirements

  • Master's degree from a top-tier Business or Engineering school.
  • 3–6 years of experience in consulting or a cross-functional strategy role within a scale-up.
  • Proven track record of managing strategic projects and juggling multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders without authority.
  • Fluency in both French and English.
  • Analytical rigor and ability to navigate complex data and challenging briefs.

  • Experience in fintech or regulated financial services.
