What you will do
- Drive transformation projects and cross-team strategic initiatives aligned with company OKRs.
- Own end-to-end cross-functional projects across multiple teams, including Product, Risk, Ops, and Data.
- Maintain a rigorous execution cadence and drive roadmaps for assigned workstreams.
- Conduct market studies, competitive intelligence, internal diagnostics, and business cases.
- Collaborate with Product and Business leaders to align priorities and influence roadmap decisions.
- Translate complex topics and quantitative/qualitative data into clear, actionable concepts and recommendations.
Requirements
- Master's degree from a top-tier Business or Engineering school.
- 3–6 years of experience in consulting or a cross-functional strategy role within a scale-up.
- Strong track record of managing strategic projects and juggling multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Fluent in both French and English.
- Must be based in Paris to support a hybrid work model.
