What you will do

• Provide technical support during the implantation of the remedē System.
• Train hospital staff and new customers on device programming and therapy activation.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers to support the sales process and account growth.
• Analyze overnight sleep studies to inform effective patient programming.
• Maintain vendor credentials for access to customer facilities.
• Provide remote technical support during scheduled on-call duties.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (technical or clinical field preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years in a clinical support role within the medical device industry.
• Must reside within or near Houston, TX.
• Ability to travel 80%, including overnight stays.
• Experience supporting implantable device procedures in OR, cath lab, or EP lab environments.
• Strong communication skills for conveying complex clinical information to physicians and staff.

Nice to have

• Cardiac rhythm management experience.
• IBHRE certification.
• Experience in structural heart or neuromodulation specialties.
