What you will do

• Define and execute the GTM strategy for Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland in collaboration with global leadership.
• Identify, negotiate, and close high-value partnerships with regional fintechs and enterprise customers.
• Build hirify.global' brand presence and represent the company at key industry events in the Nordic ecosystem.
• Recruit and develop a lean, high-performance local team as the market scales.
• Act as the bridge between Nordic market realities and global product and engineering teams to shape the roadmap.

Requirements

• Proven track record of launching or scaling a business in the Nordics, ideally in fintech, payments, SaaS, or telecom.
• Deep professional network and credibility across the Nordic fintech and technology ecosystem.
• Solid understanding of the Nordic regulatory landscape and business culture across the four markets.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Nordic languages is a strong plus.
• Practical experience using AI tools and agents to enhance productivity.
