TL;DR
Go-to-Market Lead (APAC): Own APAC strategy and execution end-to-end for a global connectivity platform with an accent on winning lighthouse customers, building operator partnerships, and establishing compliant local operations. Hybrid: regular time in company hubs (US and Europe), occasional travel for workshops and off-sites, extensive travel across APAC required.

What you will do
- Own APAC market strategy: define and execute go-to-market approach across priority markets like Singapore, Japan, Southeast Asia in collaboration with global leadership.
- Drive commercial growth: identify, negotiate, and close high-value partnerships with fintechs and enterprises.
- Build APAC presence: represent at industry events, build personal and company brand in the ecosystem.
- Build and lead a team: recruit and develop a lean, high-performance local team.
- Ensure compliance and operations: work with Legal, Finance, Ops to set up scalable local operations in diverse regulations.
- Connect APAC insights to global product, engineering, and leadership teams.
Requirements
- Proven track record launching/scaling markets or business lines across APAC, ideally in fintech, payments, SaaS, telecom, or marketplaces.
- Strong commercial instincts to close deals, build partnerships, spot opportunities.
- Deep network and credibility in APAC fintech/tech ecosystem, particularly Singapore, Australia, Japan, SEA.
- Fluency navigating complex regulatory environments across APAC jurisdictions.
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder across cultures and seniority.
- Self-starter thriving in ambiguity, high ownership, fast environments.
- AI-curious with practical use of AI tools for high-output work.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the region.
