TL;DR

Activity Leader (UK Summer Camps): Organising and running activities and excursions for international young learners after English lessons with an accent on British life & culture, student safeguarding, and welfare. Focus on delivering diverse activities like multi-sports days and talent shows, leading syllabus-linked excursions, and providing pastoral care in residential settings.

Location: Residential onsite at University of Surrey (Guildford) or Royal Holloway University (London), UK. Must be eligible to work in the UK; no sponsorship for work permits.

What you will do

• Organise and run post-lesson activities for students, such as multi-sports days, talent shows, and more.
• Lead groups on pre-arranged excursions linked to the academic syllabus on British life and culture.
• Provide pastoral care and ensure safeguarding and welfare of international students aged young learners/teens.
• Work as part of a team on university campuses during residential summer programmes.

Requirements

• Enthusiastic, confident, and creative personality.
• Previous residential summer school experience essential.
• Eligible to work in the United Kingdom; no visa sponsorship available.
• Commitment to child safeguarding; references, CV gaps explanation, and criminal checks required.
