TL;DR

Senior Sales Enablement Manager (AdTech): Arm global sales teams with compelling narratives, tools, and materials to win in competitive markets with an accent on GTM strategies, sales training, and North American adaptation. Focus on designing pitch decks, objection handlers, commercial offers, and optimizing via feedback loops from sales teams.

Location: Hybrid in New York, NY: 3 days/week in office, 2 days remote

Salary: $125k base + bonus

What you will do

  • Design and optimize global sales toolkit including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and objection handlers for full sales cycle.
  • Lead GTM rollout for new products and offers, translating features into client-centric value propositions.
  • Develop and deliver sales training programs and workshops for global teams.
  • Create industry-specific advertising packages for sectors like Retail, Auto, CPG.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Insights, Studio, and Communications for cohesive messaging.
  • Act as enablement partner for North American sales, adapting global content for US market and agencies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or similar, preferably in AdTech/media
  • Mastery of high-impact sales narratives and materials (portfolio encouraged)
  • Expert in presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote, Canva) with design skills
  • Deep knowledge of sales methodologies and translating technical concepts to benefits
  • Exceptional English writing and communication skills
  • Structured, proactive mindset for fast-paced global tech environment
