TL;DR

Senior Product Marketing Manager (Edtech): Lead go-to-market strategy for new product initiatives with an accent on market intelligence, pricing, positioning, and GTM frameworks. Focus on influencing early R&D, defining launch readiness, and bridging Product and Marketing through data-driven execution.

Location: Remote within US states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, MA, NJ, NM, NY, OH, OR, PA, TX, VA, WA. Occasional travel to Seattle office 1-4 times per year (up to 20% travel).

What you will do

  • Develop market sizing, segmentation, competitive analysis, and Ideal Customer Profiles to inform product strategy.
  • Build GTM frameworks, roadmaps, launch plans, and measurement systems for scalability and revenue growth.
  • Shape pricing, packaging, distribution strategies, and buyer journey optimization in collaboration with Product, Sales, Finance.
  • Lead 0-1 product launches, cross-functional execution, and post-launch transitions with KPI evaluation.
  • Provide market insights to influence product roadmap and mentor teams on GTM methodology.
  • Align sales processes, content strategy, and channel programs with market needs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in product marketing, 3+ years in edtech, SaaS, or digital learning
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proven 0-1 product launches and GTM frameworks operationalization
  • Strong analytical skills in market sizing, KPIs, financial modeling
  • Experience influencing product strategy, pricing, segmentation
  • Advanced communication, cross-functional leadership, strategic thinking
