What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end program management for major initiatives across Retail, Partnerships, and Field Sales, from scoping and business case through execution and post-launch review.
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery with Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Experience to align goals and deliverables.
  • Build and maintain scalable project management frameworks; identify process gaps in the sales organization and implement improvements.
  • Manage program budgets, track expenditures, and ensure resources are allocated to maximize ROI and stay within financial constraints.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks early; develop contingency plans and resolve issues to protect delivery timelines.
  • Define KPIs and provide regular, data-driven executive reporting on program health, budget status, and impact on sales targets.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in program management, project management, sales operations, or management consulting.
  • Experience with Go-To-Market strategies in Retail, B2B Partnerships, or Field Sales environments.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools such as Asana, Jira, or Smartsheet; PMP/PgMP/Agile certifications are a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage complex budgets and build business cases for large-scale programs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to influence without direct authority and present clearly to executive audiences.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a bias for action.
