TL;DR

Sr. Customer Success Manager (Transportation IoT): Implement, manage, and grow relationships at enterprise transportation accounts with an accent on product integration, customer adoption, and business reviews. Focus on driving utilization, identifying risks, collaborating on product roadmaps, and increasing recurring revenue through trusted advisory.

Location: Remote - US only; candidates must be in one of: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI; up to 50% travel.

Salary: $100,000 - $140,000

Open IoT platform partnering with fleets, app developers, vehicle manufacturers, and equipment providers to deliver transportation and supply chain solutions.

What you will do

  • Act as trusted advisor and main contact for enterprise accounts throughout post-sales lifecycle.
  • Support implementation, long-term account management, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Support, and Leadership.
  • Facilitate business reviews and own senior management relationships.
  • Drive adoption, retention, and expansion of hirify.global solutions.
  • Monitor health trends, provide recommendations, and mitigate renewal risks.
  • Share customer insights to influence product roadmaps and communicate innovations.

Requirements

  • Must reside in one of specified US states: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably technical.
  • Minimum 18 months CSM at hirify.global or 3+ years customer relationship management in transportation tech.
  • Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations and TMS products (TMW, McLeod, ICC).
  • Excellent communication, planning, and technical documentation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
