What you will do

• Review orders daily to ensure METRC data matches internal invoices and update documentation for adjustments.
• Assist with product loading/unloading and prepare COAs, invoices, and AP summaries for deliveries.
• Route stops for drivers, schedule routes, and delegate tasks to dispatch associates and drivers.
• Communicate with brand partners and retailers to edit orders, resolve issues, and confirm delivery windows.
• Act as liaison for drivers at retail shops and respond to on-road issues, rescheduling as needed.
• Oversee communications and scheduling within company-assigned territories.

Requirements

• Associates degree or 2 years relevant work experience
• Ability to lift 50lbs, bend, stretch, twist
• Ability to pass pre-employment background screen
• Ability to work occasional evening/weekend shifts
• Ability to communicate clearly on phone and email; basic math skills
