Data Acquisition Specialist

TL;DR

Data Acquisition Specialist: Work with vendors to set up standardized data feeds and acquire client purchasing data on an ongoing basis with an accent on integrations, data maintenance, and vendor communications. Focus on arranging integrations via email and calls, quarterly non-reporting reviews, and providing status updates.

What you will do

• Email and call vendors and business partners to arrange integrations
• Work with vendors ongoing to gain additional data and maintain feeds
• Acquire missing data
• Conduct in-depth quarterly reviews of non-reporting
• Provide regular status updates on progress
• Assist with data integrity and system maintenance

Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years of work experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook and Excel)
• Excellent computer skills and quick learner for new technologies
• Strong problem-solving aptitude
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, meet deadlines, with interpersonal, communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail

Nice to have

• Previous customer service, sales, or account management experience
