Inventory Clerk (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Receive and inspect all inbound non-inventory shipments, ranging from small parcels to full truckloads.
• Verify deliveries against Purchase Orders, Bills of Lading, and Order Confirmations.
• Document and record received goods in ERP and inventory management systems.
• Perform daily and weekly cycle counts to maintain real-time stock accuracy.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Operations teams to improve SOPs and receiving workflows.
• Maintain organized receiving areas and ensure audit-readiness of records.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in clerical, receiving, or inventory control.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as Netsuite or Highjump.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be based in Gilbert, Arizona for on-site work.
