What you will do
- Lead retail expansion by opening high-volume new accounts weekly.
- Build partnerships with wholesalers, distributors, and B2B operators.
- Drive sell-in, manage direct store shipments, and execute in-store displays and inventory.
- Develop relationships with store owners and clerks to secure reorders.
- Manage personal inventory, deliveries, and territory logistics.
- Track daily metrics in mobile CRM and activate territory with demos and sampling.
- Ensure compliance with kratom and state regulations.
Requirements
- Must be physically capable of lifting 40-lb cases and active field work all day in Kansas City, Missouri territory
- Proven sales record in DSD, route, or field selling (beverage, CPG, energy, tobacco).
- Experience in high-volume door acquisition and territory growth.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with retailers/distributors.
- Organized, self-directed with mobile CRM and performance tracking comfort.
- Comfortable as 1099 independent contractor
- High school diploma or GED.
