What you will do
- Spend ~4 days per week in the field engaging providers within your territory's 1-hour driving radius.
- Proactively research, prospect, and identify new provider partners.
- Build trust, convert leads into referral partners, and engage entire office staff including physicians, medical assistants, and managers.
- Foster authentic long-term relationships to drive patient referrals for nutrition care.
- Contribute to team growth by refining processes, creating resources, and sharing best practices.
Requirements
- Proven success in a provider-facing field sales role (pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to independently build and grow a territory from the ground up.
- Strong professional presence to influence and connect across entire offices from physicians to staff.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and quick learner for new systems.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), time management, and organization.
