TL;DR

Territory Sales Representative (CPG): Owning retail territory expansion in Dalton, Georgia with an accent on high-volume new account acquisition, in-store execution, and driving sell-in/sell-through. Location: Dalton, Georgia (onsite field role, physically active routes)

Salary: $25/hour base + performance bonuses (20% commission, uncapped)

What you will do

  • Lead retail expansion by opening high-volume new accounts weekly.
  • Build partnerships with wholesalers, distributors, and B2B operators.
  • Drive sell-in, direct store shipments, and in-store execution (facings, stocking, POS).
  • Manage relationships with store owners/clerks to secure reorders.
  • Handle lean inventory planning, loading, and delivery.
  • Track performance in mobile CRM and activate territory with demos/sampling.
  • Ensure compliance with kratom/state regulations.

Requirements

  • Physically capable of lifting 40-lb cases and active field routes all day
  • Proven sales record in DSD/route/field selling (beverage/CPG/energy/tobacco).
  • Track record of high-volume door acquisition and territory growth.
  • Strong communicator building retailer/distributor trust.
  • Organized/self-directed with mobile CRM/routing tools experience.
  • Comfortable as 1099 independent contractor
  • High school diploma or GED.
