What you will do
- Execute sales strategies to increase volume, expand distribution, and add new retail/wholesale partners.
- Grow distribution across wholesalers, sub-distributors, DSDs, and alcohol beverage networks.
- Visit key accounts to drive product placement, promotional activity, and in-store execution.
- Drive retailer engagement through education, insights, and promotional support.
- Develop relationships with distributor teams and retail partners to align on sales goals.
- Conduct territory analyses, track data, and communicate insights to leadership.
Requirements
- 3+ years of field sales experience, preferably in CPG, spirits, tobacco, or alternative beverages
- Strong understanding of DSD sales models, wholesaler networks, and independent retailer operations
- Proficiency in sales technologies, CRM software, and data analytics tools
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, startup-like environment
