What you will do

  • Execute sales strategies to increase volume, expand distribution, and add new retail/wholesale partners.
  • Grow distribution across wholesalers, sub-distributors, DSDs, and alcohol beverage networks.
  • Visit key accounts to drive product placement, promotional activity, and in-store execution.
  • Drive retailer engagement through education, insights, and promotional support.
  • Develop relationships with distributor teams and retail partners to align on sales goals.
  • Conduct territory analyses, track data, and communicate insights to leadership.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of field sales experience, preferably in CPG, spirits, tobacco, or alternative beverages
  • Strong understanding of DSD sales models, wholesaler networks, and independent retailer operations
  • Proficiency in sales technologies, CRM software, and data analytics tools
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, startup-like environment
