What you will do
- Spend ~4 days per week in the field engaging providers within your territory's 1-hour driving radius.
- Proactively research, prospect, and identify new healthcare provider partners.
- Build trust, convert leads into referral partners, and engage entire office staff including physicians, medical assistants, and managers.
- Foster authentic long-term relationships to drive consistent patient referrals to .
- Contribute to team growth by refining processes, creating resources, and sharing best practices.
Requirements
- Proven success in provider-facing field sales role (pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to independently build and grow a sales territory from the ground up
- Strong professional presence to influence and connect across entire offices from physicians to staff
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with strong time management
