What you will do

• Oversee all operational aspects including enrollment, facilities, and safety before and after school launch.
• Provide instructional leadership to achieve outstanding student performance and prepare students for college.
• Conduct daily teacher observations and provide real-time feedback to improve instructional quality.
• Build and maintain a joyful and rigorous school culture with clear academic and behavioral expectations.
• Manage faculty hiring, professional development, and performance evaluations.
• Engage with families and community partners to strengthen the school's local presence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's or Professional degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of teaching experience and 2+ years in an instructional leadership role (e.g., Assistant Principal, Dean).
• Must be based in or committed to serving long-term in Phoenix, AZ.
• Proven track record of driving outstanding student results and managing people.
• Strong data analysis and communication skills.
• Commitment to anti-racism and equity in education.
