Salary: $135,000 – $185,000 per year

What you will do

• Design a transformational school model and evidence-based academic approach aligned with Arizona standards.
• Integrate responsible AI-enabled systems to optimize instructional planning, data usage, and operational efficiency.
• Lead the entire charter authorization process from application through approval.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing instructional team, fostering a culture of adult excellence and continuous improvement.
• Establish governance structures and collaborate with the founding board and community stakeholders.
• Manage operational success, including resource allocation, facilities, and school safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s or Professional degree preferred).
• Significant experience as an instructional leader (Assistant Principal, Principal, Dean, or equivalent) with a record of student success.
• Strong commitment to serving as a long-term leader in Phoenix, AZ.
• Deep understanding of curriculum, assessment, and data analysis to inform instructional decisions.
• Proven ability to lead, manage, and coach adult professionals.
• Unwavering commitment to anti-racism and educational equity.
