What you will do

• Lead retail expansion by opening a high volume of new accounts weekly.
• Manage partnerships with wholesalers, RTM distributors, and B2B operators.
• Own in-store execution, including shelf facings, inventory rotation, and POS compliance.
• Deliver products and manage lean inventory to meet territory demand.
• Track performance and sales data daily using a mobile CRM.
• Activate the brand through demos, sampling, and influencer collaborations.

Requirements

• Proven sales record with a track record of high-volume door acquisition.
• Experience in DSD, route, or field selling within the beverage, CPG, energy, or tobacco industries.
• Must be comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor.
• Physically capable of lifting 40-lb cases and staying on feet all day.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be based in the Natchez, Mississippi area.
