Salary: $90,000 – $105,000 USD (Base)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain trusting relationships with salon owners, stylists, and employees.
• Manage a funnel of potential new business and launch new retail accounts.
• Deliver high-quality in-salon presentations and product education classes.
• Execute sell-in and sell-through strategies to achieve individual revenue goals.
• Manage a systematic meeting schedule and travel up to 70% within the Northeast territory (NY, CT, ME, MA, NH, RI, VT).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 3-5 years of relevant sales and retail experience.
• Current experience selling into professional accounts within salon, health, wellness, or cosmetics categories.
• Must reside in the New York City metro area.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75% (approximately 4 days per week).
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce.
