TL;DR
Territory Account Executive (Healthcare Sales): Own and grow Clipboard’s presence in your local US market as a field-based market owner, building relationships, signing new healthcare facility partners, and ensuring existing customers succeed. Focus on prospecting, pitching, closing deals, conducting in-person meetings, and driving revenue growth through territory strategy and execution.
Location: Field-based in Baltimore, MD or other US markets; spend 4 days per week in the field meeting customers and prospects
Compensation: $80K–$120K base + uncapped commission ($140K–$180K bonus potential)

What you will do
- Prospect, pitch, and close new healthcare facility partners through field sales and local business development
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to deepen engagement and expand accounts
- Conduct in-person meetings, demos, and site visits across your territory
- Develop deep understanding of local healthcare landscape, competitors, and territory strategy
- Partner with internal teams to deliver excellent customer experience
- Maintain pipeline and activity tracking in CRM
Requirements
- Must have reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel locally (60–80%)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across clinical and business audiences
- Curiosity, persistence, bias for action, organization, and autonomy in managing schedule and pipeline
- For early career: 0–2 years in sales, account management, or B2B field sales
- For experienced: 3–5+ years as territory manager, outside sales rep, or account manager (healthcare/marketplace experience a plus)
