Compensation: $25/hour base + 20% uncapped commission

What you will do

• Lead retail expansion by opening high-volume new accounts weekly.
• Build partnerships with wholesalers, distributors, and B2B operators; drive sell-in and direct shipments.
• Execute in-store: secure eye-level facings, stock shelves, rotate inventory, ensure POS compliance.
• Manage relationships with store owners and clerks to drive reorders.
• Handle lean inventory: plan, load, deliver products.
• Track daily sell-in/sell-through in mobile CRM; activate territory with demos and sampling.
• Maintain compliance with kratom and state regulations.

Requirements

• Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor
• Proven sales record in DSD, route, or field selling (beverage, CPG, energy, tobacco).
• Track record of high-volume door acquisition and territory growth.
• Strong communicator who builds retailer/distributor relationships quickly.
• Organized, self-directed; manage schedule, inventory, territory.
• Comfortable with mobile CRMs, routing tools, performance tracking.
• Physically capable of lifting 40-lb cases, active routes all day.
• High school diploma or GED.
