TL;DR

What you will do

  • Supervise AP processes, cash payments, and vendor interactions for timely and compliant expense recognition.
  • Manage banking relationships, credit card programs, expense reimbursements, and reconciliations with Payroll.
  • Oversee prepaids, fixed assets, accruals, and journal entries during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes.
  • Analyze expense variances, collaborate with FP&A, and maintain documentation for audits.
  • Administer NetSuite for the team, including user management, workflows, and automation initiatives.
  • Train, mentor staff, and drive process improvements and ad hoc projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred
  • 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public company, 2+ years supervisory
  • Advanced knowledge of AP, cash, accruals, expense reporting, month-end close, US GAAP, SOX controls
  • NetSuite ERP experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent Excel, data analysis, communication in collaborative environment
  • Experience managing and training accounting staff
