What you will do

• Support GL team with month-end close, reconciliations, and audit preparation
• Assist with system implementations and accounting process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable processes
• Partner with external auditors and coordinate audit processes
• Develop accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Drive improvements in accounting infrastructure and reporting
• Own special projects for process optimization and automation

Requirements

• Background in public accounting (Big 4 preferred) or operational experience at high-growth tech startup
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with increasing responsibility
• Experience with system implementations and process improvements
• Strong analytical skills for complex reconciliations
• Proactive, solutions-oriented problem solving
• Desire to build processes in fast-paced tech environment
