What you will do

• Own and execute US GAAP month-end close activities for assigned legal entities per global close calendar
• Prepare, review, and analyze general ledger postings for accuracy
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Deliver timely financial reporting with insights to stakeholders
• Maintain US GAAP vs Local GAAP reconciliations and ensure SOX/internal control compliance
• Support auditors, process improvements, automation, and cross-functional collaboration
• Mentor junior accountants in a high-performance finance team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 5+ years of experience in general ledger accounting, financial reporting or audit
• Working knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS
• Solid understanding of balance sheet controls, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Experience in multinational/shared services environment
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP systems preferred
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
