Production Assistant

TL;DR

Production Assistant (Experiential Marketing): Assist in on-the-ground execution of multi-week campaign including MARTA pop-up activations and guerrilla sampling missions across Atlanta metro area with an accent on logistics, staffing, and consumer engagement. Focus on managing field team of nine Brand Ambassadors, overseeing asset transportation, building operational systems, and recapping performance with senior marketing leadership.

Location: Atlanta, GA (on-site required January 21, January 28, and February 4; deep familiarity with Atlanta geography and MARTA system)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end execution of pop-up activations and sampling missions in Atlanta metro area.
• Manage field team of nine Brand Ambassadors, handling staffing, breaks, and real-time issue resolution.
• Oversee logistics including transportation, storage, and management of apparel, demo kits, and branded assets.
• Build operational systems for consistent high-quality activation delivery.
• Partner with senior marketing leadership for weekly recaps, insights, and strategic adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with safety, brand standards, and accurate reporting via field tools like Main Event and Network Ninja.
• Act as on-site escalation point and secret shopper for quality evaluation.

Requirements

• Deep familiarity with Atlanta’s geography, MARTA system, and C-store landscape; reliable transportation
• Demonstrated experience leading experiential activations, field marketing teams, or production events
• Strong logistical and operational skills, including ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Complete English proficiency and strong communication skills
• Ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Comfort working around regulated products like hemp, alcohol, nicotine

Nice to have

• Experience with Kava, Kratom, or energy drink sampling
• Prior tour management or large-scale field events
• Expertise in field reporting platforms like Main Event or Network Ninja
• Background in guerrilla or street-team marketing
