What you will do

• Own the end-to-end events calendar, aligning conference attendance with clear business outcomes.
• Plan and produce hosted experiences, including venue, merch, gifts, and guest list management.
• Lead the concept, programming, and execution of Morpho-owned conferences from zero to live.
• Manage speaking and sponsorship opportunities and coordinate with external partners.
• Support the operations team on internal events, offsites, and merch coordination.
• Develop a repeatable events playbook and outcome frameworks for different event tiers.

Requirements

• 5+ years as an events operator running demand gen and large-scale productions.
• 3+ years in the crypto or Web3 space with a deep understanding of the ecosystem and culture.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on measuring outcomes in terms of pipeline and relationships.
• Strong project management skills to coordinate internal teams and external vendors.
• Hands-on, low-ego approach, comfortable with both strategy and tactical logistics.
• Must be based in the US or EU (up to GMT+2) to ensure sufficient team overlap.
