What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of HR projects from initiation through closeout using PMO-approved methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk and issue logs, and status reports; manage scope, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Support change management activities including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and adoption planning.
  • Partner with HR stakeholders, PMO, and cross-functional teams to define objectives, facilitate meetings, and communicate status.
  • Apply PMO standards, support governance, audits, and consolidated reporting for HR initiatives.
  • Participate in lessons learned, identify process improvements, and implement new PMO tools or best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Project Management, Engineering or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience managing projects or programs within HR
  • Foundational knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
  • Project management certification (CAPM, PMP, or equivalent) preferred
